Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had tried Moringa? We've just receieved a free trial pack of it in powder form, and sounded good from the literature that came with it. I've just been on another web forum by searching through Google, and there were a lot of peope commenting on the positive effect it's had on there hair. But I'd really like to know if any Raw Foodists had tried this?

I put "Moringa scam" in to google and got some results.
Make sure that you do not agree to get some and then find that you have inadvertently signed up for a monthly supply. There may be pyramid schemes out there selling this.

Hi, there!!! Moringa (http://www.maxtransformation.com/ ) the miracle tree grows all over in Indiana and some parts of Nigeria. It requires humid weather and proper intense care. I bought seeds from online store and thinking of planting some more moringa trees.

Just one more, unneeded product. If you look, you'll be finding all KINDS of stuff that's supposedly good for you... and then the next one comes along... and then the next.... next thing you know you'll have all kinds of bottles and jars and powders ... just eat real food; more local and organic the better.

As an aside, it's interesting to me how so many people say they can't afford organic yet, they'll purchase bottles and bottles of stuff instead of eating simply from their own area. Hmmmm.... as I'm typing this I'm wondering how many people in other countries purchase powders and bottles of stuff from the U.S. because of marketers saying how really great it is.

It's like I'm married to a man from Europe and women keep telling me how much they LOVE European men. Well, I'm here to tell you, a man is a man and fruit and veggies are fruit and veggies. Eat simply, eat locally, eat organic ... and... play with your food.

I agree with you on the unnecessary products thing (but stop knocking our men). The people who live where this tree grows naturally probably ignore it

How am I "knocking" YOUR men? Men are men. Each is individual... European are no different than any other ... they all have their quirks and idiosyncracies. Nothing special about them because they're European....

I have heard about it but never tried it. I have a powder raw meal replacement that was introduced to me and love it. It has everything I need and I have noticed amazing changes in my hair, my nails, my skin. I also love it for the convenience as I can take it anywhere and it's fast. However one decides to eat raw I think it is so beneficial. I would love to hear more about it once you take it.

I had very strong adverse reactions to moringa powder even at a tablespoon dose. Perhaps it was too strong for me and Im still detoxing. I was vomiting with diarrhea that day and next. I was just in constant reject of it, anything I put in my body after that I had to void it somehow. Then I did some acupuncture and it helped subside the symptoms.

So my guess is,start slow with it. Perhaps I already have too mch bitter foods in my diet, or perhaps I have a lot of detoxing to do.
