Hello everyone!

This is a new recipe I put together and wanted to share....


1 parsnip
1 rutabega
1 turnip
1 beet
3 - 4 carrots
fresh ginger, grated to taste
garlic to taste
fresh cilantro, rosemary, and oregano
juice of 1 to 2 lemons or sauerkraut


Grate all the root veggies (I use the food processor on the smallest grate), mix with the other ingredients. I like to wrap this in collard leaves with avocado and maybe a bit of dulse or sea palm.

Speaking of sauerkraut that stuff would probably be awesome to ferment.

dope raw--- i read on one of the fermentation forums you have to ferment beets in chunks rather than grated in order for them to not go "bad" or something. Just in case you try it.
