Today was soooooo busy that actually the day flew by so let me recall what I ate:

B: 4 strawberries, 1 banana (bohoho no green smoothie today bc I woke up late .. no worries as normally I always have them so this Friday will mix up my normal routine)
S: Carrots
L: Salad with spinach, cabbage, walnuts, toms and my dressing of course (what can I say, I find a good thing and stick to it)!
S: Flax crackers and some Avo-Salsa
D: handful of grapes, chocolate and vanilla bean ice cream (loaded with protein and raw, whoever said you cannot have dessert for dinner obviously was not raw ... tehehe!)

Here is my favorite dressing recipe (so easy I can make it in 2 mins):
- 1 part olive oil
- 1 part apple cider vinegar
- agave to taste depending on if you want it sweet
- dash of sea salt and lots of fresh cracker pepper

I missed yesterday's thread. I was busy. I kept it raw though. :)

Food Intake:

1 Banana
1 Pear
3 or 4 Mangoes
Nori Rolls

Well! Day 5 for me....in the morning I was so angry about something that I felt almost like I was levitating. It was very RAW, as they say....I just kept telling myself to breathe and I tried to do whatever was in front of me until it abated. It was a bit scary, yet I know it's "stuff" coming to the surface and I'm glad for the raw material to work with. It simply amazes me how after only a few days, my THOUGHTS are so much clearer...

I had very little hunger for most of the day, skin doing another wave of breakout after a nice clearing up at day 2. Had blenderful of GS at night, which, oddly, set off a 30 min. bout of coughing. Interesting b/c I was sick with a bad cold for 3 weeks in January and I think the raw is detoxing the rest of it...;)

B/L: green smoothie (spinach, apple, and pear)
D: guacamole, salsa, and mushrooms
S: dried apricots
Late, late night snack: raw almond butter... probably not the best choice at 1am, but what I was craving
