So far, so good! :)
Having some more raw "cheese" with celery, going to make a blender of GS shortly here, then a raw banana cream pie--one of my faves!

Just an apple for breakfast.
Lunch: A huge plate of veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, celery, carrots) with Alissa's Dill Cream Cheese Dip. And some banana ice cream.
For dinner I'm making jalapeno burgers and a salad.
I'm loving raw!

today is day six for my daughter. she's doing great. i created a thread in the teen area for her... :)
today i am guessing she'll be eating nectarines and romaine lettuce... her two fav foods right now LOL - i've broken my fast to support her so i'll be eating soft fruits today.

B/L: green smoothie (spinach, apple, and banana); a little pineapple and some grapefruit
D: snap peas, sweet peppers, nama shoyu and olive oil dehydrated for 30 minutes
If I am feeling a little snack later, I will throw frozen bananas, cacao powder & agave in the food processor

I missed yesterday's post so write that down here as well.
yesterday:
17 nanners
3 cups of grapes
10 peaches
3 cups strawberries
7 tomatoes
and 1 large head of romaine
Today:
So far...
5 cups of grapes
4 peaches
6 tomatoes with 1 large head romaine
2 sweet yellow peppers
5 nanners
I plan on 10-15 more nanners later and a few oranges if I feel like it.
Still feeling wonderful and unbelievably energetic!

So I've made it to day 6.Yeah! But am feeling pretty gross today:(. My stomach has been off for the last few days but I am choking that up to detox. So as a result I haven't eaten very much today.
B: apple
S: raw food bar
L: hummus, cucumber and red and yellow peppers
I don't plan on anything else.
I hope that everyone elses days are going well.
I'm really enjoying this, unlike my other raw experiences I'm (very thankfully) not having any cravings for cooked food. Well, nothing that makes me feel like breaking anyway. I'm very proud of my self.:)
Also got about 45 minutes exercise in today. Which may not be a lot, but I've been wanting to workout more so this is definitely a start.
Food Intake:
2 banana
2 mangoes
1 orange
Pineapple
Nori Rolls
