Zumba

Hey guys.. and gals!!

I was wondering if anyone out there was doing Zumba? There's videos on youtube and it looks like fun.. only problem for me is that I live on the third floor of my apartment building and the lady downstairs gets upset of the cat or the puppies run across the floor. :mad: .. she called the cops because I was playing oboe.. at 330 in the afternoon.. on a Saturday.. lame...

Anyway... I think it looks like fun and want to give it a try... I might actually try tonight and move the couch out of the way.

hi everone

for me i think its allready good when your just dancing pick your favouit music nd goo tha can help so much i go dancing every friday when i have the money and it helps lot i feel really grea afterwards.

I moved out of that place..hahaha Been there.
Zumba looks fun. I a not disjointed in my mid section however...I might be after...hahahaa

Classes are out there where it is allowed to make noise.
