Yes..another newbie question... ahhhh..one thing that I will miss is all the steamed greens (escarole/dandelion/brocoli rabe, etc) smothered in olive oil and sauteed garlic..so I am on a quest to find something as close as possible; I figure I can't marinate the greens in olive oil and seasoning and that will do...but can any help with my old time fave comfort food of escarole and beans?? I guess i can use a tomato/gazpacho base, nix the beans...just wondering if its been done? Any other suggestions welcome also.... and one more thing I noticed in whole foods ~Organic first cold pressed olive oil, it didn't specifically say raw but it did mention that the heat doesn't go above 80~ so that would be raw right?? even if they specifically didn't label it that way..
