In your food processor ~ frozen bananas and any berries you choose. I prefer strawberries.

frozen bananas and mint, or vanilla, or cacao beans. one of my favorite. I think it tastes way better then traditional ice cream.

i'll see how this banana strawberry goes today if its good i'll get some mint tomorrow...

so i just throw in the mint leaves? i dont need to soak em or anything right, or maybe soak them and throw the water in with it?

I use my Vitamix with frozen bananas and ripe strawberries + a little honey in case the berries are a bit bitter. ;)

Currently I either have bananas and strawberries or bananas with blueberries and raspberries. I generally throw in either a few nuts or sunflower seeds.

I blend frozen fruit with a small amount of sweetened nut milk. Since you don't have a blender, the nut milk is not an option, unless you have a friend with a blender. Freezing the nut milk in ice cube trays and blending it with frozen fruit in a food processor works well, too. I wait a few minutes after taking it out of the freezer so it isn't rock hard when I process it.

I use any frozen berries, mixed berries are great then you get lots of different tastes coming through, I put one unfrozen banana with it and blend until thick and creamy. My kids loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this and will eat this instead of ice cream.
