Just getting started..so far soo good, but hit the not hungry on the 6th day thing.. (which I was told here was normal)....this actually has been a easy transition for me since I was eating close to this before except for some fish and not as much fruits/veggies.. My main question is that most Raw foods I see in my health food store never contain nutritional info on them, why is that?? Today I ran over to get something (although I am not hungry I will be having a second workout of Bikram yoga this evening and need to have some food!!)...I picked up a 3oz package of Muesli from Good Stuff my mom and me and it lists the ingredients but nothing more!! i know it was only 3 oz, but I really don't want to over do on the fat..What do you all think? What is most peoples limit on fat (grams?) I haven't gotten elaborate with recipes yet..plain and simple~ fruit and veggies or a fruit smoothie or fresh veggie juice from health food store. I bought some raw almonds and the occasional packet like I just bought..
