Hey all!

I'm putting together a menu for a networking party for about 75 women in a couple of weeks. (Not food related, and no one will be aware of raw - it is just a place for me to promote classes so I'm going to pick some things that people wouldn't identify as any different than the usual SAD hors d'oeuvres.)

Anyone have any favorites for menu ideas? Outside of the obvious SNICKERS recipe? :D

Just small bites on trays to pass....what would you want to munch on at a party?

Alissa's Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms. These things are soooo good. If you use small mushrooms, they're bite size. And taste amazing.

I second, third, and fourth that suggestion. I've served them at a couple events. My extended (very non-raw) family asks for them.

Please give me the recipe.
I'm on the run everyday and we could really use them.
I loved cheese in the past and these sound great.
Thanks Rawknitster.

That is the one! I ate the last of my cheeze-its yesterday with....

Cashew sour cream

1 cup cashews, soaked 4-6 hours
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon sea salt

Blend in Vita-Mix until smooth. Stores in fridge for several days. Will set up slightly when chilled.

Whatever happened to RP? I haven't seen her on the forum in ages.
