So I have sworn to be raw for the next 20 days (I've already done 10), but I love Chipotle. Does anyone know if their food is raw? If I only got the guacamole, lettuce and salsa would that work, or do they ad non-raw things into their food?

Why don't you just make your own?? Those are really easy.

I would be surprised if they were raw. But you should ask them to be sure.

The super hot salsa and the Guac are def raw.
the only problem that I have with going to the buffet style is that you never know what has fallen into the vat before you got there.
Lettuce is great, but not with Sour cream! lol!

I've used them for their Guac + Salsa before, but I tend to get the "shivers and shakes" symptom afterward which ONLY happens when I eat something non-raw, so I'm guessing SOMETHING snuck in that didn't fit the bill.

In a pinch, it's better than ordering from their very, very SAD menu, though. ;)

yeah that does make sense. even when I went there and would just order vegan food I'd get a little nervous about what gets into the food from the other containers. Thanks for the recipes :)
