These have a strong, tangy flavor.

One bunch of curly kale (fit on two of my L’Equip dehydrator trays)
1 roma tomato, seeded
1 cup soaked sesame seeds
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
juice from ½ lemon
½ clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup water (as needed for blending)
*oregano
*basil
*thyme
*marjoram
(*spices to taste)

blend all in blender except spices – it will be thick so you’ll have to stop a lot and scrape the sides

add spices in slowly and taste test until you like it

pull apart kale into pieces, removing the big stem in the middle

place kale into a BIG bowl (I needed two) and pour sauce on top

mix the sauce into the kale (the fun part if you use your hands!)

dehydrate until crispy

How adorable is that!?!! What a sweetie! :)

I'm partial to plain or cheezy kale chips, but I'm willing to try that recipe, too. Thanks for sharing. :)
