Hi, after I went raw I noticed that when I take my shirt at night I can feel the static on it. But a lot of it! That didn't happen before raw. maybe a coincidence and it's something else, but still...

(Hope I posted it on the right section.)

Thanks!

Wow...I was hoping raw would help with all the static electricity I seem to "carry" with me. I've gone back and forth with around 50% to high 80s or so, and never noticed a difference either way. It will be interesting to see how others respond....

I find this so intresting that you would post this because I have seem to become electric :D lately. I have been raw for almost two weeks after a journey of SAD food over the course of a few months, and in that time I have noticed everytime I touch a light switch I get a shock let alone how my clothes are clinging to me. I never would have tought it was raw. I just put it off as me not getting enough softener in my clothes even though I'm the only electic person in the house. I do wonder if this could be MY detox and if so what is it in me that is making this so. Whatever it is, I'm glad raw is getting it out. .

Perhaps your body is telling you to use natural fabrics.
I googled static and raw foods but it does not seem to have been discussed before.

Sport, you could be right. Mostly I'm having trouble with pajama bottoms, which are not made of natural fabrics. Most of my shirts are ( which I'm not having trouble with) so I think you have a very vaild point I may have overlooked. However my finger tips are like lightening. I'm going to google raw and static to and let you know if I find out anything as well..

I didn't find anything either other than static occurs more in the winter and in lower humidity.
