Hi!
I'm new to the whole raw thing and feel completely clueless about some issues.

I made almond milk this morning and have leftover almond pulp that would like to dehydrate. I borrowed a dehydrator from a friend, but it doesn't have a non-stick sheet to dehydrate the pulp. Can I use a glass pyrex instead? Is there anything else I can use while I get the sheets?

Thank you very much!
Jackie

Sure you could, as long as it fits so it is not blocking air circulation to the food. You could also use parchment paper (not wax paper). Parchment paper is silicon treated and can withstand the warmth, but wax paper's coating will melt.
