I had been feeling dead for close to a few weeks now and knew if I just stuck with raw eating that I'd get my energy back.
It happened today! I woke up at 5:45 (by alarm) and stayed up!! I normally have to go back to bed until the baby wakes me up or until the other daycare kids come.
But, today was totally different! Wow! I feel alive again!
Just had to share that with you all and for anyone else that is feeling just so very tired and almost dead like, stay on the raw path, I PROMISE it WILL pass and you will be filled with so much energy and LIFE.
Oh wow! I feel like I did when I had so much energy I didn't know what to do with it! This is such an awesome feeling!
It is so worth this feeling! :D

Pam,,
That is sooooooooooo great to hear!!! Seems that when I first started raw I felt that way almost instantly...Now it takes awhile....And lately I"m not feeling real great but even though I"m eating mostly raw, I"m not eating enough...(the non raw things I sneak in are sugary :( ) I"m still waiting for Allisa's book,,, should be here in the next few days I think,,, and that should help motivate me more.
Keep up the great work!! So encouraging for everyone to hear how good you are doing!!

YOU GO MY 30 DAY RAW CHALLENGE BUDDIES!
My energy fluctuates, too. We've found that a short nap will sometimes help, but what helps more... is to make yourself move more.
My daughter said that while she's felt really tired, it's a different sort of tired.
I'm without words for what she meant, but I instinctively knew what she meant.

HEllo All, I was feeling really tired also and was having restless legg syndrome, which i have had since a child.. My Dr. sent me to a sleep clinic and had me tested to see if i had periocic leg movement in my sleep which was causeing me to not get enough rest.. well I did have that but also found out i was extreamly Anemic... I have been on strong iron pills since april or may ... I have been trying to go raw, and also get off of coffee which i have cut back to only one cup in the morning.. Man it is a hard one to break...I do real good on staying raw, just hoping for the energy to come back, i am always so tired and i i think i may have asmatha too. dont know for sure.. I do have M.S. and it has been under control for years now.. I can't walk very fast or i get out of breath, I can't talk for long at a time I get out of breath.. Hope to get this under control with eating raw.. I have to take Ambien sleeping pills to stay asleep at night.. I dont have trouble going to sleep , but cant stay asleep for any longer than around 15 minutes then i am wakeing up with a start.. So tired of it... Thanks for letting me get this off my shoulders.. at least for a little while.. Everyone is an inspiration to me.. Thank YOu all.. Sheila

i recently began the breakfast and lunch raw dinner whatever program (whatever is usually simple and veg)-- and whoa!! i already feel so energized, skin cleared up, people commenting how i look good. i feel great -- actually at first i got an awful cold for a few days, but now i feel better than ever. this plan suits me fine, for now. so if i want chocolate or whatever, i just say to myself --- wait until tonite. it is working great.
....sheila -- there is a raw book about someone who healed self of MS called "A Way Out" by Matthew Grace. i did hear maybe he didn't really have ms tho, like it may have been misdiagnosed, not sure about that, but i'd recommend the book - i met him too and he is truly radiant! an amazing example of the raw diet.

Hi Sheila!
I'm sorry to hear of your MS - I'm happy to hear, though, you have it down to a dull roar.
About the asthma: All four of us in this house has/had a type of asthma for various reasons. My husband is still on steriodial inhalers. ( ugh!!!!!!) Eveyrone else is just on a simple inhaler - but only when needed.
Do you have an inhaler yet? If not - unless you absolutely need it, you'll do yourself much better if you not take it. We're experiencing the reasons "why" for that now. We have to go through a body detox.
