Nearly there!

No cravings. Loads of energy. Feeling really good and calm.

B: Green smoothie (spinach, banana, apple, clementine, goji)
S: Banana, clementine
L: Flax crackers with Onion dip
D: Mixed veg curry with walnut squash "rice"

The curry was amazing - one more thing off my list of "well I bet I can't replace that" dishes!

D: broccoli sprouts, tomato, spinach salad , raw sunflower seeds, yellow peppers

Breaky: 6 large nanners

Lunch: 6 medium nanners

Dinner: 8 cups red grapes

And I'll be having a few apples in a bit, as well as a large "tub" of grated cucs and peppers!
