Vitalzym experiences?

I'm new to this site, as well as the forums. I just ordered some vitalzym because I've heard it is great for health and healing, but I would be interested in knowing if anyone has had any great results or experiences with vitalzym or enzyme supplementation in general??

Actually, I take up to 4 enzyme complex caplets after an especially "heavy", (though not heavy by SAD standards) meal, and doing so REALLY seems to prevent acid reflux, the feeling of food sitting in the stomach, etc. It just seems like I am light and airy all the time :)

do you happen to know of any of this scar tissue healed was external scar tissue, or was it all internal like adhesions and such? I'm hope that the vitalzym would help with external scar tissue, and that supplementing a diet already rich in enzyme-rich foods like fruits and veggies will help speed things along!

I've only heard about internal. Maybe if you research more you can find out others' experiences.

I use enzymes on my first meals after fasting and it seems to help me to avoid problems with digestion otherwise I tend to get after the fast.

I am specifically looking for testimonies that involve repairing of scar tissue, or the minimizing of it. also just general skin-tone improvement or heath. thank you though!
