Ok, before someone gets all mad and says you dont need protein! etc etc. IF you DO want to suppliment with protein powders, i just found this today. I picked it up at a local specialty vitamin store.

its all raw and vegan! I just had my first smoothie and its a bt um..chalky? earthy? but not unpleasent.
I treadmill run, crossfit, or do weights, one of these, 6 days a week and have been wanting to suppliment.
they also have Raw Multivitamins that i will be picking up this weekend! im a big vitamin guy.

I get my protein and vitamins from my Green Smoothies. Fresh, raw, living sources are the best. ;)

Thanks Jehote-- I will look for this. I like this brand.
I am 3 months raw and find I do better with a vegan protien powder added to my morning drink.

I've been searching for the perfect legume or vegetable that will replace meat protein in my diet. I do cardio and lift weights 5-6 times a week, but ever since I've gone raw I noticed my muscles are not getting bigger. What is the best way to intake protein without having to resort to high carb legumes and nuts?

I get a little over 31 grams of protein in the drink that I make for after my workouts. No need for me to buy powder :D

halo is that protein makes you gain weight ? I desperately need to gain weight for my hosting job... I ve been shrinking since I m raw and I look like a walking skeleton now :(( I need a miracle product that would make me gain weight fast... without going back to cooked food

Love a good protein to add to juice or nut milk.
great IMMEDIATLEY after a run or workout to start the rebuilding process and then eat a meal later.
if one works a real job or has a full life- not always time to make extra smoothie for post workout, preworkout....
Unlike craazy protein diets all the extra vegan protein will not cause the harm that animal protein( and fat) causes as it processes.....
