I'm feeling pretty good!
A few hours walking this morning has put me in a fantastic mood!
B: 10 nanners, 5 medium, 5 large.
L: 2 cucs slices up and topped with blended 'maters, peppers and celery.
S: a bit of honey. and as many oranges as I feel like having in a bit.
I'm not overly hungry today. Slept HORRIDLY for the first time in a month last night. Only about 6 hours, whereas all month I've been averaging 10-12 a night :/ . I was either freezing or sweating, heart racing, woke up very bloated as well. I'm putting that down to the pinch of dried basil I put on my dinner last night. I haven't had a dehydrated spice since about this past summer. Nothing else has been out of the ordinary :/ . Still a little bloated, but I'm keeping it sweet and juicy for meals today to help move things along.
Dinner will be a large salad type dish again. 1 large head of kale, 3 cucs, 3 'maters, 4 peppers, and maybe some more celery.
I'm off to stretch in the sun shining through my window and snuggle my cat.

L: 1/4 pineapple, 2 clementines
D: Banana, Apple, Nectarine

This has been a great month especially since it's almost over and I did not quit ! I can't believe it. I can look back at this month and feel great about myself and what I've accomplish. It's not hard for me to pass up fast food, steaks, and pizza. But it's hard for me to pass up sweets and chocolates and I haven't had any since last year !
B: 1 grapefruit
L: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
D: broccoli sprouts, tomato, spinach salad , raw sunflower seeds, yellow peppers
S: Go-raw Spicy Flax seed crackers, Tasty, I ate too many !
S: Banana
