Fantastic day today! Freezing again, but still a fantastic day to be out and about.
Walked to the next city over and got some great clothes from a thrift shop and stopped at a market for a melon dinner snack!
Breaky: 15 nanners
Lunch: 2 large cantaloupes
Dinner: 3 large cucumbers sliced thin, 4 chopped 'maters, 3 chopped peppers, topped with 4 more 'maters, 2 more peppers, and 3 celery stalks all blended together. Absolutely beautiful dish to eat!
One thing I learned today, i leave much too long between my meals when I am having an increased physical day. Especially now that it's so cold when I go out I need to remember to up my intake and bring more nanners with me!
I felt much too weak before I had those melons :/.
Lesson learned!

My sister visit me today. She bought over her own slice of chocolate cake. I watched her eat but it didn't bother me nearly as much as I thought that it would. You see I am a sugarholic. This challenge has help me a lot. Instead of craving sugar I now want a piece a bread...or meat. But not sugar ! That's what I usually go for. This morning I thought the pineapple was a little too sweet. yeah..me... go figure.
B: 2 cups blended green Kale,1- 1/3 cup mixed berries
S: pineapple
L: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple, and ginger
D: broccoli sprouts, salsa, spinach salad
