Fruit salad! 2 kiwis, 2 bananas (I bought 98 bananas for $4.99 yesterday!!), grapes, orange.

I started the 90 day challenge yesterday. I made date nut torte yesterday. Today will make corn chowder and spinach & mushroom casserole. Had carrot and apple juice and a few raw cashews for bfast. Have a cold...not detoxing yet but soon I'm sure. My DH is taking a 30 day challenge...he thinks he can't make 90 but I think he can.

Still hanging in here even though I haven't posted as much lately!

Made some yummy raw strawberry ice cream last night! SO GOOD!

Today:
B: banana
L: V8 smoothie, raw pickles
S: cashews, banana
D: big salad with raw caesar dressing
S: raw strawberry ice cream

27 days in! We are now thinking about whether we will carry on 100% raw or try putting some cooked food back into our diet after 1 Feb...and thinking that it is probably 100% - or close to it for at least a while longer:)

B: Green smoothie (spinach, banana, apple, lemon, orange)
L: banana, apple, nectarine
D: big mixed salad with lemon herb dressing & a few nuts
S: couple of raw brownies

i glitched, but it was a super tiny glitch. oh, well, not horrible at least. (i just remembered the rest of it ;) )

the unglitchy part of my lunch was romaine wraps w/ sprouts, tomatoes, mock salmon. the rest won't be mentioned. i'm feeling sneezy now.

green smoothie coming up soon!

B: 2 cups blended green Kale,1- 1/3 cup mixed berries
L: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple, and ginger
D: broccoli sprouts, salsa, spinach salad
S: slice tomatos and garlic
