Hi everyone!
I almost caved last night - I was so close to giving in! I was all bloated and felt huge and I got a horrible UTI. But I hung in there!
Breakfast so far was 2 kiwis and 2 bananas into a fruit salad.

OK, so even though I haven't posted until now, I have been doing the challenge right along with you guys. I have stuck to it 100%. This past week my weight loss finally kicked into high gear and after weeks of losing 1-2lbs I lost 7!! Woo-hoo! I'm posting now because I need the support tonight. My hubby is taking me to dinner & bowling and everyone will be eating/drinking with not a lot of raw options (if any.) I mean, I can get a salad, but that's so boring. Iceberg lettuce with some cucumbers and maybe some tomatoes or something will probably be about all I will be able to order. Got any suggestions?
Today so far i have had
handful of raw cheeze-it crackers,
BIG green smoothie made with mangoes, pineapple, peaches, strawberries and kale.

pole- also make sure you eat LOTS of fruit before you go, that will keep you satisfied :D
Fantastic day today, sleep beautifully, woke up smiling and still haven't stopped! My skin looks and feels gorgeous today, very light feeling overall as well. It seems everything I ate yesterday was exactly what my body wanted to keep me charged up and happy today!
Breaky: 10 oranges
Lunch/after workout: 6 large apples
A few nibbles of the head of kale I have warming on the counter (coudn't resist it!)
Nothing else so far.
15-20 minutes strength routine upon waking and and hour and a half walk/run with the pup at the park. More strength training tonight as well!
I'll probably have 10 or more oranges in a little bit as my bananas are just not quite as ripe as I'd like them to be yet! I've got a bunch of blueberries and cranberries to go through as well...so that's a possibility.
Dinner will be a mono meal of kale, then if still hungry a mono meal of 4 large cucs I have warming on the counter.
I am feeling very rejuvenated having these past two days off to simply focus on my being. I'm getting much better at keeping this focus on my workdays as well, but to have two entire days is so restful...
