i hear ya! Making my way back also. Having my own struggle to go 100% raw and knowing the benefits for me, especially being diabetic type 2. My doctor only giving me a 30day medication supply instead of my usual 90days. I figured this happen for a reason, for me to do the raw way of life and get healthier and get off all meds. I will be monitoring my blood sugars, limit my fruits and see. i did order the DVD Raw viedo for 30days to stop diabetes, i moved and have to find it. i'm thinking about buying the book to help me by Gabriel Cousens. So welcome back and hopefully i'll be here too.:)

it is the "trees" new year this weekend by the jewish religion, and we celebrate this day with such love, we are all trees (i bet its lovely to say it here on raw food) we all start from a really really dark place, from which it is sometimes really hard to get out from, but we remember and know that there is sunshine, air and lots of beuty outside there, so we do this hard way through the ground, and we grow little by little even if it seems very hard, and than we blossom, and the joy of the "getting out to the air" is so wonderfull , sometimes it's a really big wow, and exitment, with time it might ease and be calmer, and we grow, in the begining there are lots of winds and other things that can almost blow us away and take us away, and it is very hard sometimes, but we put enough time and effort to grow our trunk, and after a while even the strongest winds can't blow us away (again putting effort time etc in something, gets us to be more comfortable with it and love it more, habbits for example are made this way, we do something for a long time and we grow a trunk...) and after some time if we've put some good effort in something good, we grow flowers and fruits, and fruits as you know are the things others can enjoy from , so we get stronger, get noticed (because we've grown big enough and strong enough that no wind can blow us away..) and we start giving the fruits of our work to others, and what joy it is, because every year, we also take our time to rest from giving, we go bold at winter which is the time to cuddle in yourself and give some love and strength to yourself, to your core, and again at this time of the year we get "awaken" again, we start blossoming inside, something is getting ready to get out soon, we get excited....
so bless you all, with a great year of blossoming flowers and fruits, and be the trees you are to the world
Lots of love
