not for me... are you normally gassy with raw fruit or veggies? are you eating lots of cabbage or brocilli etc?

LOL Aleesha!
Kiley, how long have you been raw? The massive increase in fiber can take a little time to adjust to, but it won't last forever. Make sure you're chewing really well to help with digestion. If it doesn't get better soon, you may want to experiment with food combining -- in particular eating fruit alone and on an empty stomach. (When you eat fast-digesting foods like fruit right after something slow-digesting like nuts, the fruit doesn't past through your digestive system as fast as it ought to, and starts to ferment -- resulting in gas).
Certain veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and sprouted beans can also contribute to gas.
What do you typically eat in a day?

Me too. Hoping it will go away eventually when enzymes adjust.
On the good side the bloating feeling makes me feel full.

This Article (http://radiantonraw.typepad.com/alina/2008/09/are-raw-foods-making-you-gassy.html) and the comments that follow were helpful to me when I was experiencing gassyness. After some time, everything calmed down and I'm gas-free now.

Unfortunatly I get gas a lot. It is usually a cue for me that I am not combining my foods quite right (which messes up digestion causing gas), am not paying attention as I eat (which causes me to eat fast and gulp and take in lots of air - my thoughts anyway), and/or not enough water (which casues me to bloat up and be a bit gassy - again my own obsevations for my own body).
When I take a closer look at what it is I am doing or not doing, I can usually remedy the issue....much to my husband's nose's pleasure :o
