Hi There
I am today starting a 30 day raw food experience, i have been toid i have mild knee Osteoarthritis and i do have several painfull joints & lowish motivation
So i have choose to improve my health & vitality ! so here i am i have done some research about raw food and seen some quite amazing results

What tips do you have to keep the carbs and protien intake high as i dont want to lack energy ? what are some awesome dressings you can make ? can you use olive oil ? any tips would be great

Today i had a green smoothie before and after the gym and some fruit salad

Can you get Alissa's book, Living on Live Food? It will answer all your questions, give you information you didn't even know you needed, and give you great recipes.

As for protein, I use hemp and chia daily.
