I have been interested in eating raw food for over ten years now.
Starting juicing veggies in the mid 90's. Then a few years ago I discovered fermented veggies and that lead me to joining a local Bio dynamic farm for
fresh chemical free veggies. I volunteered and worked on the farm to
gain enough knowledge to have a thriving garden. But I do love sugar and junk
food but have always avoid the extremely unhealthy stuff
5 days ago I decided to go completely raw. I have a few raw dishes that I
really like so the transition was easier then expected.
Today I feel weird. A headache and a funny slight dizziness. My body must be running out of junk carbs.
