Hi everyone, I'm Kiley. I just turned 20. Over summer i went raw and lost weight and then after summer sadly started to slip and ate cooked food with a bit of junk food and gained my weight back and plus. I went back on raw food but decided to eat a more clean way of raw food to help get rid of yeast, and did that for a month and didn't lose any weight and was having horrible side effects, i wasn't sure if it was detox symptoms or health problems. I've been raw for 3 months and gone back and forth between eating really clean raw to help clean the yeast and also eating regular raw including all fruits and sweeteners etc. But no matter what i haven't lost any weight just gaining and gaining. Went to doctors, and because i have had horrible symptoms found out i have polycystic ovary syndrome and i might have heart problems. So any one with advice on what to do. Because when i eat super clean raw i get the worst cravings and go nuts but i'm sure that is because i am killing the yeast and parasites. Any ways if anyone has experienced weight gain instead of weight loss please help! and if you have suggestions that would be great. Been doing this with my mom and we love to eat this way it just has been getting so hard because we are confused. All the amazing effects you are suppose to gain from eating raw are not happening for us.
