Before and After in Arizona High Desert

I've been spooking around the forum for a few months and have a couple of blog entries, but this is my first post. I have been 100% raw for a little over five months and have totally renewed my health and vitality and lost 36 pounds to boot. Here are my before and after pictures.

I am feeling fantastic and have found a way of eating for life. I'm glad to be here on the forum and finally joining in.

I am filled with joy that I can present my experience as an inspiration for others that are starting out on this enchanting path. Being raw seems daunting at times, especially in the early stages. Once one finds the foods and recipes (and even fasts) that delight and soothe the body, psyche, and soul, it becomes much easier and the commitment much stronger.

It's like climbing up on a wave and riding at the peak. It is somewhat precarious and takes a great deal of focus. But oh, the ride is glorious!

This way of thriving is so doable! Just rawk on and don't look back.
