Hubby just ordered me a 9 tray Excalibur!!! And as if that wasn't fantastic enough, we found it on SALE so since we saved so much money, I can get ALISSA'S BOOK TOO!!!!! :D:D:D I'm so excited I can hardly deal with it LOL. Now the only thing left to get is a blender. Wont be able to afford that for a few more months, but my old Osterizer is holding up ok for my green smoothies. Maybe not as smooth as possible, but definitely tolerable. I cannot WAIT to start playing with my dehydrator! I've had a hankerin' for tacos, so maybe that will be my first creation :p

AWESOME!!! w000000 h0000000! I'm so excited for you! I've been searching for a great deal on the Excablibur 9 tray, been watching Craigslist and other places diligently. Do you mind sharing where you found yours on sale?

It was cheaper to buy it there and have it shipped to Canada than to buy it IN Canada :p

In frozen Ontario. Bleck, I wish I could move to the Bahamas in winter LOL, I don't do cold ;)

Awesome! *high five* I love my 4-tray excalibur dehydrator. I didn't use it for forever, then the other day I got it out and made like 6 batches of cashew "cheeze-it" crackers. They were SO good! I have bags full of them in my fridge now. Have you decided what you're going to make first?

Depends on when it arrives. If it gets here before I go shopping again, it will be crackers, as I have the stuff to make that, but if I get a chance to shop first...... the world's my oyster :D
