Hello to everyone,
I introduced myself a long time ago when i bought Alissa's book, but never really committed myself to following the program at all. So here's my re-introduction; I am a 41yo homeschooling mother of 4, my husband won't eat many veggies and some of kids won't either. I have a very difficult time eating raw when I have to cook SAD for them. I could use advice from those of you who have SAD families but you are doing well on raw. I seem to have no will power when it comes to staying raw. I can do it for a day but the next I fall off the wagon, or should I say; fall into the cooking pot? I want to go raw and stay raw, I know I will feel better when I do. I am planning on doing the 30 day challenge for Feb.. I know I will have serious detox symptoms because I am a diet soda addict. If anyone as any advice on how to beat that craving I would love to hear it (read it) too.
