Instead of hijacking Sirova's thread ;) , here's the other recipe for those that don't know about it.

Cheddar Cheese Sauce
1 sm Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 cup Cashews, soaked
½-1 tsp Salt
2 Tbs Lemon or Lime juice
Cayenne or Jalapeno pepper
Optional: Garlic or Onion (can use instead of pepper)
Blend. Chill to get thicker. To make hard cheese, add Irish moss.

I find the basic cheese sauce recipe tastes very cheesy without yeast and other extras. I love keeping it simple with only 5 ingredients. This is so delicious I often will just eat it with a spoon. :p Also great on tomatoes.

Combine with broccoli for an old SAD favorite (TGI Fridays back before they changed it.)

Broccoli Cheese Soup
Cheddar Cheese
1-2 cups Broccoli
2-3 cups Water

Superb, I did a variation of this and slapped it on some almond burgers, my tastebuds cried like a little girl.

1/2 cup Cashews, soaked
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Shoyu
1 Tbs Lemon juice
Nice pinch Cayenne
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 cup spring water

^Now that you mention it, Dope, a cheese sauce would taste so good on a raw burger.

I love you guys for all of your creative rawness! :)
