Howdy,
Has anyone tried to eat pine pollen?
I have heard that this is a very popular "super food" in China, but I can't find much actual information or user experiences about it.... just marketing pages, online shops and pages which consider pine pollen as an allergenic.

Well I always hear bee pollen as a potential allergy evoker as well. Pine pollen sounds like some ill, never heard of it.

Pollen is a part of plants and reproduction, although I am not familier with Pine Pollen. Keep us posted.......

There are several accounts of using pine pollen in Stephan Buhner's books (Vital Man and Natural Testosterone Plan) and they both indicate pine pollen for the treatment of low testosterone due to age (andropause) or diet and lifestyle. Buhner is a very respected herbalist and is definitely not in the business to sell anything (he's also written other, excellent books).
I use pine pollen that I buy off the internet (google raw pine pollen) and it is the most beneficial food/supplement that I've ever taken. It is, by far, the foundation of my well being. I can personally attest to the claims made by the sites selling it (and like Buhner, I'm not selling anything either). I wont recount all of them here, but nothing gives me the mental and physical edge like pine pollen does.
Hope this helps!
