i've been eating too much fat.
today's breakfast - fruit salad! banana, kiwi, hemp seeds, raspberries, orange.

lunch - some of that hemp nacho sauce and some carrots and celery and flax crackers.
green smoothie in my very near future.

B: 2-1/4 cups blended green Kale,1- 1/3 cup mixed berries
L: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple, and ginger
D: broccoli sprouts, salsa, kale salad
S: slice tomatos and garlic

Long day at work today - and longer tomorrow. No time to worry about food - but not really noticing cravings or stuff - not even the coffee on offer in the late afternoon meeting was tempting.
B: Green smoothie (banana, apple, spinach, grapes, goji)
L: Left over pizza from last night
D: Green salad (romaine, spinach, tomato, cucumber, celery, corn, pepper), mushrooms marinated in braggs & evoo
S: 2 flax crackers with left over mock peanut sauce
have eaten loads today but not feeling bloated or heavy.
Starting to think this could be a permanent change to our diet.

A blah day emotional somewhat. Practicing "good vibes", trying to think of every possible thing to lighten my mood. It's working even after a large argument! Hoorah for clarity of mind with this lifestyle!
B: 8 apples, gala and golden delicious
L: 15 perfectly juicy oranges
S: 3 more galas
D: 20 baby nanners blended with 2 oranges. DELICIOUS!
About four litres of water so far today as well. Physically I feel FANTASTIC.
I have also decided I will no longer be weighing myself, I'm getting rid f anything that could be "negative" to my mind. This goes for everything, I've honed down all my possessions this past month. Apart from school supplies I can fit everything in my big pack! I feel so much "lighter"
