breakfast (so far) - juice! spinach, celery, carrot, lemon.

B: banana, apple, grapes
L: bananax2, apple, raisins
S: small nakd bar
D: Green salad (romaine, spinach, apple, peppers, mung sprouts, cucumber, celery) in red pepper dressing, coleslaw, few mixed nuts
Strong cravings for cooked food today - but no apparent reason - driving home from work past the fast food joints was a tough one!

Feeling good mentally. I'm feeling deficiant physically, I'm not sure what to do. This may be my last day.
B: grounded flaxseed w/water and wheat grass
S: 2 bananas
L: 2-1/2 cups blended green Kale, 1/4 cup dandelion greens and 2/3 cup mixed berries
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple and ginger
D: spinach, salsa, raw cashew salad

i had juice
and a banana
too much raw key lime (lemon!) pie
sweet potato almond butter chips
i forget what else.
