hi! i jumped in 2 days ago. the (omni, doubtful of raw) husband is leaving town tmw morning for a month, so perfect time for me to give it my all, and my fabulous results at the end of the month should erase his doubt :)
i'm so hungry hungry hungry! today i started with a smoothie (celery, berries, banana, flax seed) and then i had a salad w/ alissa's salmon pate and french dressing, and then more of that, and then some of a raw key lime cheesecake recipe i found.
no idea what dinner is yet. maybe a buncha fruit and a green smoothie.

Went to the gym this morning.. My trainer really pushed the envelope today with me and cardio.. But I do notice that the past week has been alot easier at the gym for me--like it's all starting to click with raw and my endurance!

L: huge V8 smoothie, cashew cheese/tomatoes on onion/flax bread, raw pickles
S: raw pickles, cashews
D: banana, spinach, blackberry smoothie, sage/fennel burger on onion/flax bread

I didn't feel all that hungry today. I force myself to eat and drink because my body was calling for it.
B: grounded flaxseed w/water
L: 2-1/2 cups blended green Kale, 1/2 cup dandelion greens and 2/3 cup mixed berries
S: 4 juiced carrots, 1 apple and ginger
D: broccoli sprouts, cucumbers, dandelion greens, lemon juice, mushrooms salad
S: mixed berries and banana smoothie
