When I was eating raw before my fibromyalgia went totally away. This was confirmed with a pain free life as well as with blood tests. I didn't need my pain meds or my sleeping meds or even otc meds. My doctor said, "Wow, stay on this diet. This is exactly what you need!"

Another friend of a friend heard about my success and decided that she would try the RAW diet. Her husband is a doctor and he said, "Honey, you have nothing to loose so go ahead and try it." She was so sick she could barely funtion. Well, she's better. She no longer needs pain meds and she has a new life.

I was diagnosed with lupus (it's related to fibro) over the winter. I went raw June 1 and since then I haven't had any symptoms - they all went away. Not very interesting, but just another story of raw curing an auto-immune disorder.
