Well.. that is a good question.
I am not sure if I (my body) want to go fully raw right now. It is winter and very cold in the UK right now, and I (my body) am very interested in hot food. So, I am looking at at, in detail and i think I am work towards getting my body ready to do a trial, when its a bit warmer. I do Take a look of superfoods and herbs etc. and have done fasts and cleanses of bowl and liver, so I am getting there.

No difference between your weather and mine but I take your point.
My first winter raw I would go straight for the heat source in any house I entered but it was only for the first winter and I was underweight that winter.
Since then I put on a few pounds and have no problem with the cold. This was the coldest winter for years (probably in my lifetime) and it was a breeze.
Do it when you are ready but know that the cold is something you will get over and all of the extra energy that you have to use up will generate even more heat for you.

I'm a very cold natured person and I thought this winter would be tough for me. But I find that cayenne, garlic and onions really do the trick for warming me up! It's amazing. I made gazpacho the other night and put extra of each one of them in it. Even though it was cold out of the blender, I felt soooo warm and toasty as I ate it. Had someone told me, I may not have believed them (lol) but I tried it and it was TRUE! Experiment with it and see how it works out for you...it won't hurt.
And ya know, being raw doesn't mean you always have to eat cold or room temp food. You can warm soups and things up in the dehydrator or as some others have shared, you can put your oven on the lowest setting and then pop your food in there for a few minutes to warm it up. Another member said that after cooking SAD for her family in her oven, she found that the burners up top were warm. So she put her pot of food on the eye for a few minutes, watching it carefully, and using a food thermometer to ensure the temp didn't get above 105/110/118 (whatever camp you subscribe to) and then she had nice warm, RAW soup. There are all sorts of tricks to keep you warm. There's a recent thread around there that you might like to check out and subscribe to.
Best wishes! :)
