I love some of my Yogi Teas (http://www.yogiproducts.com/). I simply adore my fasting tea... the meditative is not my favourite as it kinda tastes like stuffing which is not something I really want in a cup of tea.

So... I want to order some since we can't get many types up here in Canada. What's your favourite and why...

Thanks

I love Yogi Teas - my cupboard is FULL of them :) I drink Woman's Raspberry every day and Woman's Dong Quai (an acquired taste - I drink more for the benefits) every day the first half of my cycle. I love Fasting in the am before anything else goes in my body. I drink Cold Season throughout the winter as my afternoon tea at work as I work in a school and germs are nuts. And when I do a show I drink Throat Comfort (licorice). I love the variety of Green Teas as well - JJ just found a green kombucha which is delightful!

The best part about Yogi Teas is there is always a tea for every situation! :)

Oh, me too! I ADORE yogi teas! Right now, I've got Mayan Cocoa Spice on my desk at work. I was drinking Sweet Thai Delight for a bit, but there's some spice or flavor in it that I don't care for. I'm also a big fan of Numi tea!

Me too me too (love Yogi Tea, that is)!!

I drink Chai Green every morning. I also like Breathe Deep and Throat Comfort--both are terrific when you have a cold (or just when it is cold outside). My husband likes Egyptian Licorice and the various teas for sore throats and colds.

In 2006, I enrolled in a kundalini yoga teacher training program. At the beginning of the course, I stopped drinking coffee and switched to Chai Green tea. I don't miss coffee at all.

Yogi Tea was started by some of Yogi Bhajan's students years ago. Apparently, when the students came to Yogi B.'s house, he always gave them this fantastic spiced tea, and someone decided it would be cool to put it in bags and sell it. That's the birth of Yogi Tea, and it is quite successful.

You can still get 'the original' (http://www.spiritvoyage.com/yoga/1-Lb.-Bulk-Original-Yogi-Tea/GFT-002014.aspx)Yogi Tea in bulk. Scroll down the page for directions on how to make it. The ingredients are:
Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Clove Bud, Organic Black Pepper and Cardamom Seed.

My new favorite Yogi Tea is the "Skin Detox" (it's kind of new) - it smells amazing & tastes good too - kind of a fruity/floral blend - love it! :D

My other favorite one is the Green Tea Kombucha - it has a good mint/lemon flavor :)

I also like their "Get Regular" tea - I use it on occasion when I eat to many heavy raw foods.....like the last couple days - I feel like I need to drink some tonight.....

My most favorite tea of all however is from a company called "Organic India" - I LOVE the Chai Masala tea - it contains holy basil - calming/yet uplifing - all while helping to regulate the cortisol stress hormone - I drink this EVERYDAY - ;)

The Calming Tea was soooooo my favorite before I went raw.
It was just really nice to make and have it after a busy day.
Now that I've gone raw, I find that I don't need it.
I'll be looking into Yogi Tea again, there are so many other kinds of Yogi Tea out there!!! :)

there are three specific ones i want to get.

Aztec Sweet Chili™ (1 box (16 tea bags))

Healthy Fasting™ (1 box (16 tea bags))

Classic India SpiceŽ (1 box (16 tea bags))

Anyone tried these? I have the fasting tea every day... but I haven't tried the other two.

Wow, I just looked at a list of their teas and see 46 varieties. No wonder we can't find the Meditative Time tea. Most stores we've checked only stock a dozen or so of their teas. I like that they have such a wide range of medicinal herbals they use in their teas.

I agree - I just "found" this one last month and find it a great treat!!

Funny when I think of Yogi teas I always veer toward the medicinal but they have so much more to offer!

I kinda live near them. They're out of Eugene Oregon. You're supporting a wonderful community of people who only accept the best quality for their tea production.

i can send you a bag or two of sweet chili if you want to try it first? let me know.
