Need some ideas, please. I think, I will bring some of my pink sauerkraut. And maybe some raw bacon-eggplant.

Well, I guess I'm lucky that folks always like the raw zucchini! :p I figured if my daughter would eat it, anyone would. LOL

i always take stuffed jalapeno peppers... goes over REALLY well. i take da bomb cheese sauce and stuff jalapeno halves with it and then pop them into the dehydrator for 30-60 minutes... softening the jalapenos and taking some of the heat out of them as well.
everyone goes crazy over them!
i also take deviled egg-less dip filled mushroom tops... another winner!

I've taken chili, tortilla chips, and cashew sour cream. Big hit.
The cake on my blog with the goji berry frosting. Super Big HIT!
Kale chips were well like, too.
I've seen some strange and interesting dishes and smoothies. One of my favorites that I have not been able to stop eating since, "Avocados on the Quarter Shell". So simple. It was avocados cut in fours, with salt and pepper on the side.

Whoa mang I'll have to try that. Reminds me of Jalapeno Poppers:

Get some raw breading on that and it'd be breathtakingly similar.

I take a veggie salad that always is a big hit and people don't even realize it is raw. Variations on a theme, but I usually use shredded carrot, diced cuke, raw corn, grape tomatoes sliced in half, celery, red or yellow pepper, and maybe some broccoli and cauliflower. The key is to use lots of different colors. I just squeeze some orange juice over it for the dressing. There is never any left and this works all year around.

I usually bring a desert. Cheezecakes are usually a huge hit, and I also bring a raw tortilla salad deal that people go nuts over. Amazing how much people who don't eat raw, enjoy raw foods!

I have had several raw potlucks at my house.. Once, I made the White Choc Strawberry Cheesecake with strawberry sauce. Another time I made falafel and mango salsa.
You all are so lucky to live where there are raw potlucks! :D I've tried twice so far to get a Raw Food Meetup going in our area and it's just not going over :(
Hopefully some day (hoping hoping). *Ü*

I took this mermaid Pasta salad and it was a HUGE hit:

The only thing I would change next time I make it is to cut the noodles up a bit so its easier for people to serve themselves. The noodles in the package are super long.

Thank you-so many great ideas. I just discovered how delicious fennel is-maybe I could make something with fennel.

For my last potluck, I made Alissa's BBQ Chicken Fingers (Page 414) and several dipping sauces -- everyone loved them.
