hello everyone,
I have soaked chickpeas in water for a bout a day and a half, thus sprouting them, then i dried them a bit and put them in the fridge. some of them turned gray, though thier texture and taste were usual. Any ideas to why that might have happend and if it is still o.k to eat them?
