That's great Shane!!! My own weighloss has been crawling along.. <sigh> I am only down 6 pounds, and hope to lose at least 4 more this month. We'll see IF that happens!
I also have still been feeling pretty tired alot of the time. Maybe I am just taking a long time to detox, even though I was about 60% raw before January.. :(
Trying to be patient...

Congrats Cyndee! I'm happy to hear that.
Personally, I've been feeling so good about things. I went to a birthday party this weekend and the food all looked so nice, so I thought to myself, "Okay, if I really, truly want something, I'm going to eat it." But then I had my guacamole over salad with the raw corn chips that I made, then a few servings of blueberry pie, and you know what? I had ZERO desire for anything else at that party! So cool.
The only problem I'm really having is terrible bloating and gas. I'm hoping it's just my body getting used to eating so much raw food, because it is TERRIBLE. Are you guys having issues with digestion? I take probiotics and try to keep my fruits separate from everything else...but it's still pretty bad.

Today was a good day.
The last 2 days however, I experienced a crisis. I battled cravings both days in the afternoon and all night long. But I persevered and ate huge amounts of oranges.
My nose was running incessantly. I know eliminating mucus is a gift and is so important, but it was really bothersome at times.
Things are fine-tuning themselves a little. Yesterday I started pulling oil in the morning - coconut oil - and continued today.
I am also meditating regularly again which has a lasting benefit all throughout the day. Yeah, life is good.
Today I had
3 bananas
2 pears
4 almond veggie crackers
2 cups of green juice ( dandelion, kale, spinach, red clover, chard, parsley, celery)
1 T raw agave chocolate hazelnut gelato
Lots of light and love

Shane,
Congrats that is really awesome.
Today I had lots of juice made with , spincach, carrots, cucumber, celery, apples, and lemon.
I should have left out the carrots. I also had salad and flax crackers with raw coconut butter.
I find this week to be such a struggle.
