Weigh in today - have lost 12 lbs since Jan 1st which is amazing. Also feel much "lighter" than I did - which sounds odd but I know what I mean :D
I'm amazed at not being hungry still - I'm eating much less and many fewer calories, yet I'm not hungry. Guess thats why the weight is falling off!
Have tried making bread and crackers today for the first time. Sunflower Sesame bread is amazing (Ani Phyo recipe). Alissas flax crackers are in the dehydrator now.
B: Green smoothie (spinach, banana, apple, orange, apricot)
L: Piece of sunflower sesame bread, cherries
D: Marinated Portabellos stuffed with sunflower seed and sun dried tomato pate, cabbage marinated in EVOO & lemon juice
S: Raw choc

Down 6 pounds. Hope to drop another 4 this month (at least)
B: orange/banana/choc smoothie, cashew swiss/tomato sandwich and raw pickles
S: 1T raw eggnog ice cream
D: HUGE salad with raw caesar dressing, pickles, one flax cracker with cashew cheese

I thought I would have lost much more weight by now. I am not eating any nuts or nut butters. Only very few seeds.
breakfast every day is fruit.
Lunch is salad
dinner is a green smoothe.
I snack on fruit.
any suggestions? Now I am struggling I want some rice so bad. I know it is probably my hormone cycle or maybe I am missing something. Should I be eating some more fats????

I am reading the stages of detox on Aleesha's site I think this is what is happening to me. I am so tired and every time I go 100% by the third day I end up with a massive sinus problem. So I end up going back to cooked. I might try a juice fast next week to get these detox symptoms out of the way.

Tracey, you need to take in fats (healthy fats) to burn fats so yes I would definitely add some avocado, hemp or flax oil to your salad.

For the last 2 evenings I thought of stopping because I wanted to eat a cooked veggie burger but each morning when I wake, like second nature I go on to start a raw day. I don't think i really want to stop, the punk in me wants to. I'm glad that I don't listen to the weak side.
B:3 cups blended green Kale ,dandelion greens and 1 cup mixed berries
S: fruit salad
L: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxseed w/water
D: mix berries and banana smoothie
