Hi, I am from Alberta, Canada and new to this site and raw fooding; I have just ordered the book and DVD, so will wait for those and then think about a consult by phone with Alissa...has anyone had and benefited from the consult? I am just wingin' it until book and DVD arrive; the testimonials are really encouraging....I wonder if the rapid weight loss causes sagging skin...I don't see that in the photos...I guess it's all a matter of eating correctly and excercise.....hope I can do this Sheryl
