Hi, I came across a book called Vice Cream on the web and I was wondering if anyone has used this book? It tells how to make Ice Cream using vegan recipes containing nuts, maple syrup and dates. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks Roots :D :D

I LOVE MY VICE CREAM BOOK !!!!!!!!!
LOVE....LOVE....LOVE......IT !!!!!
Here are a few recipes from another thread that I posted them on:

One of the things that we did as a family was to go to get ice cream. We did that about 3 to 5 times a week! The Vice Cream Book ROCKS !!!
It saved us. Now we spend our family time MAKING vice cream!
Some of the recipes are close to the conventional thing. Others are dead on. While a good handful...IMO....are even better than conventional!
If you find even one recipe that you like from the book I'd say that would be a good investment of 12 or so dollars in your health ;)
