hi everyone,
i've always wondered about the dates i've been buying. i live in a very rural area, and don't have a lot of selection (or money!). i often buy the parnoosh pitted honey dates, because they sell them everywhere, but i'm not sure about the processing of them. anyone know? how about the cheap "cooking dates" at the bulk barn? or the more expensive tubs of medjool dates at loblaws etc.? will eventually call some companies if need be, but my time is limited, and i thought i'd ask in case anyone had already done the legwork. thanks!
