Greetings my forum familiars. Me and my brother both have lame circulation, we're often cold, especially our hands and feet which tend to feel like were wearing gloves/socks made out of frost. So like... iunno if "poor circulation" is too vague and there's a more specific problem at work here but... we have to stay moving almost constantly to stay warm. Which can be fun, but it doesn't work when I want to sit down on the computer (ok maybe I can cut down on that a bit) or play video games (unless it's an avid motion control session, Iunno WiiFit or some'n). Well anyway here's where the "picking up the bott" bit comes in, fermented grape juice is a cure for me and brethren's "circulation problems". The coldness goes away, my limbs and joints become all fluid like one of those dancing air balloon guys.

Yeah you know who I'm talking about, you think you're better than us because of your top-of-the-line dance moves and chiseled-to-perfection abs.
I even end up sleeping better, more often than not I wake up feeling drudgy and achy and have to slope up my will to live progressively, but after a night with wine as soon as my eyes open I'm ready to jump up and kick my day into action.
As for other supposed circulation aids I've tried: I consume garlic, cayenne and parsley regularly. I'm open to your suggestions.
