Hello peoples,

I am looking for mustard seeds, turmeric root, cumin seeds, and sunflower seeds in their raw unprocessed form. By raw I mean that you can plant the mustard seeds and a mustard plant will sprout. AKA SUPER RAW! Is this possible at all?

Thanks for any help.

Most Seeds are RAW unless stated roasted etc. But when in dout, Soak and Sprout, if they don't Sprout...........they are Dead.

I don't think that most are raw, actually. Dried and ground at high temps, as far as I've heard. Even if they are dried at too high a temp, grinders create a lot of heat. That's one reason why many "raw" nut/seed butters aren't really raw.

I think that these are raw:

I was thinking Frontier...but you want the seed and not the powder version.
