Ok so I have been off raw food for some time now, I have stayed vegetarian but too much processed crap! I am so done with the kidney infections and fatigue. I need help and support to jump back on the horse! What do you think is the best way to jump back in? I don't want to do a juice fast, any other suggestions? Please help?

If you have them, watch Alissa's vids; listen to interviews with Alissa on Rawkin' Radio (go to the very first ones) and there you will hear how we suggest you get back on and stay on.
Make up recipes and be prepared so, whenever you're hungry food will be available. Make up sticky notes so if there's other food in your house, write down what the raw alternatives might be.
Good luck!
I would make up a menu for 2-3 days and then go to the store and get the necessary ingredients. Have your favorite snacky fruits and veggies on hand, all prepared so you can grab something easy to munch on. *Ü*

I recommend you lighten the load on your digestive system as much as possible while you are healing. There are many ways to do that, one is just eating one fruit for a number of days, like bananas, I won't say anymore about it on here as it's not supported. Digestion is one of the most taxing functions of the body so when we eat lightly and very simply we free up a lot of healing energy to clear up any ailments we have. I wouldn't recommend juicing because the fibre in fruits & greens is an important part of the food and must be included for optimal absorption and assimilation.
Number one is LOTS & LOTS of water, trust me on this one :)

I agree with all who recommended reading Alissa's BOOK + watching her DVD's as soon as possible! Get them tomorrow!!!
Then join the 30-Day Challenge here on this Board!
I just had someone who's doing the 90-Day 100% Raw/Living Challenge with me announce that after watching the DVD's it suddenly dawned on her that Raw is EASY and she was hooked for life. :D
If you're ready for Change, now's the time to move FORWARD. You can do it!

Yup I agree. Alissa lays out a plan to get raw in her book. The best way to go raw though is to simply stop eating cooked food. Period. You are the only one who can make that choice. When it's time to eat... choose something raw. Even something simple like an apple or chunk of cucumber... it doesn't have to be complicated... just raw.

All suggestions so far are good ones, but here's a different one.
Maybe just start out with one green smoothie a day, for say,a week (you choose), then up it to two, then maybe you should consider doing a cleanse with only green smoothies. If you've had kidney infections or weight probs etc, perhaps a cleanse of some sort would be in order.
I believe a green smoothie cleanse is the easiest.
Mary Kay, who gets headaches if she tries to move too quickly with cleansing....

I am experiencing the same thing. My symptoms are chronic sinus/chest infections. I am going back to raw the same way I started...eating everything I want as long as it is raw. I am not limiting my fruit or nut intake and I am even eating a few non-raw foods that are really healthy and satisfying for me. Next week I will eliminate all cooked foods for a while just to get my body back on track. I am a fan of easing into cleansing especially since I am currently sick with a sinus infection and I still need to function in the adult world. Getting really sick, really fast is no way to make a good impression at work. Hope you start feeling better.

On top of having Alissa's DVD, i recommend that you simply do green smoothie.
I did 100%raw food for 60 days then went back too cook food, it took me two years to motivate myself back to raw. Green smoothie is what, put me back on the path of raw food. At some point, you will crave raw food.
Focus on your accomplishment. Even though you went to process food, you stick to vegetarian, this is huge and be proud of you.
You are successful now, don't worry about not being perfect because you are by keep trying to be healthy.
