I don't think that I have ever gone 12 days without refined sugar. It's my vice. The fruit sure helps.
B: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxeed w/water
L: 3 cups blended green Kale and mixed berries
S: 3 cups blended green kale and mixed berries
D: broccoli, cucumbers, cashews, garlic and salsa salad
S: mixed berries

WOW.. are people dropping out? I am only the 2nd one to post here and it's 1:00 AM? :eek:
So.. my food today:
B: V8 smoothie, swiss on onion/flax with tomatoes
S: banana
S: banana
D: huge salad w/caesar dressing, chili
S: raw ice cream

Busy last night so couldn't post - stilll going strong -
S: macadamia & raisins
L: green smoothie (banana, spinach, apple, orange)
D: salad with dehydrated portabellos
S: slice of raw apple pie

...still raw...just busy. I'm trying to think less about being raw and just allow it to become apart of my life. I feel like the more I think about it the more it seems like something special I'm doing instead of just living.
