your fave slaw recipe?

I have green and purple cabbage and want to make a slaw before it goes bad, but what goes into it?! I could probably whip up something myslef, but I'm in the mood for a rockin recipe for lunch tomorrow.

help a gal out!?

My coleslaw dressings are pretty basic; olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maybe some lemon juice, honey, and sea salt.

Adding ONE of the following will dress it up:

mustard
celery seed
pineapple or pineapple juice

If you have it, go for the pineapple. :)

ooh thank you so much- I actually have all of those ingredients. i think ill add pineapple and a few raisins!!

to grated cabbage, I love chopped cherry tomatoes in my slaw, with a little bit of sweet onion, some grated carrot, & a few raisins, dash of agave or honey, dash of ACV, salt & pepper. yum.
