Hi from Virginia

I started eating raw last week again and found this site while surfing about pasteurized almonds. Last year, eating raw was great for my health but I had a hard time in winter so couldn't do 100%, would try to eat as much raw veggies as I could though. I just got a dehydrator and that's helping with wraps, crackers and onion bread. Sometimes I get so cold though and this weather isn't helping.
